Shipping Policy

  • All orders are fulfilled within 3–7 business days.

  • Delivery typically takes an additional 3–4 business days after fulfillment (USA).

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Rates

  • $5 flat rate shipping on all orders under $50

  • Free shipping on orders $50+

If your order hasn’t arrived:

  • Double-check your shipping confirmation for address accuracy

  • Ask neighbors if the package was delivered to them

  • Contact your local post office

If the address was correct and the package still hasn’t arrived, email hello@cyclisthive.com with your order number. We’ll investigate and make it right.
